With more than 20 years of experience leading residential and commercial construction projects throughout California, Mike DeZonia founded MD Construction Consultants to provide owners, developers, and investors with trusted guidance throughout every phase of construction.
As a seasoned Construction Superintendent, Mike has successfully managed projects from the preconstruction planning through final completion, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, overseeing quality, resolving field challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
His practice, hands-on experience provides clients with a unique perspective that goes beyond theory. Mike understands the realities of the jobsite and works proactively to identify risks, improve communication, protect budgets, and keep projects moving forward.
Whether serving as an Owners representative, reviewing project schedules, evaluating change orders, conducting quality inspections, or providing independent project oversite, Mike is committed to helping clients make informed decisions and achieve3 successful project outcomes.
